TrunkHive Calling Live

Your SIP trunk, every tenant, one calling platform.

TrunkHive Calling is a multi-tenant SIP trunk calling platform. Connect the trunk you already have, give each tenant its own isolated SIP credentials, and place calls from the browser with every call logged.

Features

Everything between the trunk and the call

Built on Asterisk with realtime PJSIP, so new tenants and credentials go live without reloading the switch.

  • Bring your own SIP trunk

Connect the trunk you already pay for. TrunkHive routes calls over it — no new carrier contract.

  • Multi-tenant accounts

Each tenant gets an isolated workspace with its own trunks, users and call history.

  • Per-tenant SIP credentials

Every tenant and user gets separate SIP identities, provisioned in real time and encrypted at rest.

  • Browser calling

Make and take calls straight from the browser over WebRTC — no desk phone or install needed.

  • Call logs

Every call is logged with its status and timing, so you can see what connected and what didn’t.

  • Twilio integration

Built for Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking, with step-by-step setup instructions generated for each trunk.

How it works

Three steps to your first call

  1. Sign up

Create your account at app.trunkhive.com. Your tenant workspace is ready straight away.

  2. Connect your SIP trunk

Add your trunk credentials, then follow the generated steps to point your provider at TrunkHive.

  3. Start calling

Dial from the browser softphone and watch each call appear in your call log as it progresses.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does “bring your own SIP trunk” mean?

You keep your existing SIP trunk and phone numbers with your provider. You add the trunk’s details to TrunkHive, point its origination at TrunkHive’s SIP host, and calls flow over the trunk you already have.

Which SIP providers are supported?

Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking is supported today, and TrunkHive generates the setup steps for your trunk. Support for more providers is planned — get in touch if you need a specific carrier.

Do I need a desk phone or an app?

No. TrunkHive Calling includes a browser softphone that uses WebRTC, so you can place and answer calls from Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. You only need to allow microphone access.

How are tenants kept separate?

Every tenant has its own trunks, users and call logs, and every user gets their own SIP identity. SIP passwords are encrypted at rest, and one tenant’s calls are never delivered to another tenant’s users.

How do I get started?

Open app.trunkhive.com, create an account and add your SIP trunk. If you want TrunkHive deployed for your own organisation or customised, contact us.
